| Terms & Conditions Check-in: 3:00pm Check-out: 11:00am No Pets are allowed! Any person making a reservation for this room must be at least 21 years old. All hotel stays are subject to 6% State Tax and 5% Garrett County Occupancy Tax. Room reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before time of arrival (3:00pm two days before expected arrival date) without penalty. Reservations cancelled after 48 hours before time of arrival (3:00pm two days before expected arrival date) with be charged 50% of the first night's stay if we are notified and 100% of first nights stay if we are not notified and the guest does not show up. Rooms will be inspected immediately after guest's departure and any damage and/or missing items will be billed to the guest. Guests can request a walk through with an agent during office hours.
