7 miles for Mountain Biking
Fork Run Recreation Area will be open
in late Spring 2006 and feature
approximately 10.5 miles of hiking
trails. Approximately 7 miles of these
trails are available for mountain biking.

  The trail system winds through
hardwood forests lining the sides of
the canyon that descends to Fork Run
at the bottom. There are multiple steep
grades, spanning vistas and beautiful
naturals features that landmark the
Fork Run trail experience.

  A great diversity of wildlife call Fork
Run their home including numerous
black bear, white tail deer, Eastern wild
turkey, porcupine, badger, fox, fisher,
rattlesnake, red-tailed hawk and
numerous other residential and
migratory species.
