Check in time - 3:00pm Check out time - 11:00am No Pets Please!!! Guest must be at least 21 years of age to rent a hotel room. Hotel room reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation. Management reserves the right to deny refunds, including but not limited to early departures for any reason including weather conditions. All stays are subject to 6% Maryland Sales Tax and 5% Garrett County Occupancy Tax. Cancellation Policy Rooms: can be cancelled up to 48-hours prior to the arrival date (3: 00pm check-in time) with no cancellation fee. Room reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the Guest's arrival date will be charged 100% of the first night's stay. No Exceptions. Vacation Suite: can be cancelled up to 10-days prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fee. Vacation Suite reservations cancelled within 10-days of the guests arrival date will be charged two (2) nights stay regardless of circumstance. No Exceptions. Guest's credit card will be charged for two (2) night's stay 10-days prior to arrival as a non- refundable deposit to hold reservation. Rooms will be inspected immediately upon Guest departure. Any damage to the room or contents of the room will be charged to the Guest with or without Guest's prior knowledge. Spills on carpeting from liquids including but not limited to coffee, soda and wine will be charged a minimum of $50 or more on the credit card of which the room was held, for the cleaning/repair costs. Guests can request a walk-through of the room with an agent immediately before check-in and immediately following check-out during business hours to check for damage in the room. Management is not responsible for lost and/or stolen item(s) or item(s) left in the room or on the grounds, including on or near the boat docks. Management is not responsible for any accident and/or injury to the Guests or visitors. Any Guests mooring a boat at the boat docks are required to have liability insurance and are responsible for any damage to the dock. Guest Policy-"I agree that my liability for my bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the responsible person or company failed to pay for any part or full amount of these charges, including any missing or damaged items, or room damage, etc. I agree that if an attorney is retained to collect these charges, I will pay all responsible attorney fees and costs incurred, including the cost of any and all damages or missing items, etc. I agree that the sole purpose of renting this room and/or Vacation Suite is for my residency only." If a Guest brings a pet into one of our rooms, they will be charged $300 on the credit card of which the room was held. Guests smoking in a non- smoking room will be charged $200.
