No Pets Are Allowed!
Any person making a reservation for this room must be at least 21 years old.
Reservations require a credit card to hold and will not be held without one.

All hotel stays are subject to 6% Maryland State Tax and 5% Garrett County Occupancy Tax.

Vacation Suite Reservation can be cancelled up to 10-days prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fee. Vacation Suite
reservations cancelled within 10-days of the guests arrival date will be charged two (2) nights stay regardless of
circumstance.  No Exceptions. Guest's credit card will be charged for two (2) night's stay 10-days prior to arrival as a
non-refundable deposit to hold reservation.

Rooms will be inspected immediately after the guest's departure and any damage and/or missing items will be billed to the
guest.
Guests can request a walk through with an agent during office hours.

Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen item(s) left on the grounds by any guests and/or visitors.
