No Pets Are Allowed!
Any person making a reservation for this room must be at least 21 years old.
Reservations require a credit card to hold and will not be held without one.

All Vacation Suite stays are subject to 6% Maryland State Tax & 5% Garrett County Occupancy Tax.

Room reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before time of arrival (3:00 pm on check-in date) without
penalty.
Reservations cancelled after 48 hours before arrival time (3:00 pm on check-in date) will be charged 50% of
the first night's stay if we are notified and 100% of the first night's stay if we are not notified and the guest does
not show up.

Rooms will be inspected immediately after the guest's departure and any damage and/or missing items will be
billed to the guest.

Guests can request a walk through with an agent during office hours.

Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen item(s) left on the grounds by any guests and/or visitors.
